Na ontvangst van uw bestelling sturen wij u het gevraagde boek zo spoedig mogelijk toe met toevoeging van onze factuur. Na ontvangst van de zending verzoeken wij u het verschuldigde bedrag direct over te maken op onze rekening bij de ING:
Boekhandels kunnen bestellen via het Centraal Boekhuis of via telefonische bestelling. Bij een eerste directe bestelling zal de gangbare korting en de termijn van betaling afgesproken worden.

You have to pay the book costs in euros + €5.00 for porto, to pay after receipt of the book and the enclosed bill.
Delivery outside the European Union:
You have to pay beforehand the book costs + €12.50 for porto.
After receipt of your payment we will send you the book, incl. proof of payment, as soon as possible.
